We have switched to a new software system!
Last week we encountered a few things, so to help you overcome any obstacles, here are the learnings:
• Error Code 503 – this error code comes up when the serve is full. Generally, this may happen in the first hour or so of registration, as this tends to be our busiest time. It could potentially happen again though, depending on online traffic. When this error pops please continue to refresh your screen until you are in. Once there is capacity you will get in and be able to use the site. It may pop up again throughout the registration process, continue pressing refresh, NOT BACK, and you should refresh to the same page you were on.
• Secure Site/Unsafe Site Message – this message comes up when a firewall is blocking our site. Often times when you are trying to register at work or from an organization this will come up. If this is the case, try your phone or tablet (our new system is completely responsive on devices) or register from home, If neither of these are options please call Guest Services at 403-532-1013-0 and we will do all we can to help!
Credit Card Information NEEDS to be updated!
Do you have a Continuous Pass or scheduled payments for a program? To keep your payment information secure we do not keep a copy - your credit card details must be entered directly into our new software system. Please stop by Guest Services BEFORE February 26th to update your payment information and avoid any delays in your play time!
*Vivo Team Members would NEVER ask for this information over the phone! If you receive a phone call asking you for credit card details please hang out and call our Guest Services Desk directly 403-532-1013-0
And we aren’t the only ones switching! Many other Calgary area facilities will be switching over to the same system as us, so choosing to go with a program that will also be used city-wide will ease user frustrations and allow for shared learnings across organizations!
All stories submitted will be indefinitely eligible to be featured in Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association’s print (trade and non-trade), online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association publications.
All entries, along with publications and reproduction rights, become the property of Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association. Vivo will not provide notice to the writer of any stories submitted prior to re-producing or re-publishing the story in any print, online and video-based marketing materials. Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association reserves the right to use the entries in the future, indefinitely.
The author must provide an original story written by the author and will indemnify Vivo against any actions, proceedings, claims, demands or litigation brought against the Vivo for the use of the story. The author is the legal representative or has received a testimonial release for all names mentioned in the story. They herby grant Vivo permission to use and publish their story with mentioned names as they appear in the submission, including their minor child and/or children and other immediate family and their likeness. Vivo reserves the right to edit or refuse publication of any story based on inappropriate language or content and will not provide notice before doing so.
Clicking the submit button constitutes the author's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as outlined above. By submitting a story, the author is representing and warranting that he/she has read and understood and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.
