Aquatic Fitness

Less impact, more splash with aquafit classes for everyone!

Classes for pre-k give the little ones a safe, fun and active environment to learn basic water skills while classes for children and youth, challenge the older ones with interactive drills, races and challenges designed to test their swimming ability. Classes for the adults are great for those who love the water, are concerned about joint stress, or just want a uniquely different work-out.

Dry Land Fitness

Squat, press, box, burn, train and more with a large variety of fitness classes designed for all ages and abilities. Do something for YOU and feel good about your health as you trim down and tone up.

Martial Arts

Focus the mind and body, and channel positive energy through variety of ancient art forms from the Far East.

Pre/Post Natal

New Mommies need ‘ME’ time! Whether you’ve brought your little bundle of joy into the world, or you’re still counting the days, enhance your conditioning, build strength and endurance and feel more energetic and balanced.

Skate

Before skating starts ensure you have the proper equipment:

  • Ice Skates
  • CSA approved helmet
  • Mittens
  • Warm clothing

Please bring:

  • Progress Card from prior lessons
  • Vivo receipt

Skating takes place in the Vivo Arena, located at the east side of the building.

  • Arrive 30 minutes prior to your lesson
  • Park in the East Parking Lot
  • Enter the building and check in
  • Get ready in designated change room

Other good things to know:

  • Parent & Tot Skating: all parents participating in lessons with their child must be a confident skater
  • Street shoes and bike helmets are not allowed on the ice
  • It is recommended that parents watch lesson from the stands, not the players' boxes
  • There are no refunds for missed classes


What to wear:

  • All participants are required to wear CSA approved hockey helmet (full face mask is recommended)
  • Hockey or figure skates (plastic skates not recommended)
  • Warm clothing in layers, snow pants, winter gloves or mittens
In order to make skating more accessible, we encourage you to ask other families if they have any outgrown skates to sell or trade.
Below are some locations to buy second hand and or new skates. Skate prices range from  $40- $60 for used skates and $70 & up for new skates.

Strengthen the body and calm the mind! Find inner peace while developing power, flexibility and self-awareness.
